The villa or the cottage may be rented together or separately. All rents and damage deposits are due at time of reservation unless made more than 6 months in advance.

Minimum reservation is 4 nights.

Payments to be made through paypal or international money transfer (SWIFT)

High Season (December 15 to April 14)
Villa	$2,500 USD/week plus $300 refundable(*) damage deposit.
Cottage	$800 USD/week plus $300 refundable(*) damage deposit.
Low Season (April 15 to December 14)
Villa	$2,000 USD/week plus $300 refundable(*) damage deposit.
Cottage	$650 USD/week plus $300 refundable(*) damage deposit.

*Full refunds are returned for cancellation 60 days in advance of reservation. 50% refund for cancellation 59 to 30 days in advance of reservation. After 30 days no refunds.

An administration fee of $50.00 will be charged for any refund due to a cancellation.

Damage deposit will be refunded after satisfactory inspection with the property manager at end of the rental period.
